Job Description
• The person shall prepare credit strategy of the bank • The person shall prepare and deliver presentations and reports regarding key credit issues, exposures... and the periodic credit review report to the Chief Executive Officer • Prepare monthly credit report, submit all loans and report credit references Bureaus and register all securities in the collateral registry • Carry out regular credit facility reviews to ensure compliance with terms and conditions of the credit • Monitor all loans and report on early warning signs to the Chief Executive Officer • Maintain minimum loan recovery rate 95% on monthly basis • Achieve monthly recovery rate of 5% in respect of overdue loans
Qualification Required & Experience
• First Degree in a related field • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, ACIB, CICMG, project management etc, is an added advantage • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar position in the rural banking industry, with 3 years in Managerial position
Required Skills / Attributes
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills • Good planning, quantitative and analytical skills • Good understanding of IFRS9 credit impairment models

Job Purpose
• Oversee to the activities of the board as directed under the companies Act 2019, Act 992
Duties and Responsibilities
• Work closely with the chairman of the Board... and the Chief Executive Officer in the planning of Board of directors meetings. The secretary of the Board shall be responsible for ensuring • Assist the Board to comply with the constitution of the bank and with any relevant enactment • The minutes of the meetings of the Board of directors are properly recorded in the form required by the Act • Ensure the board operates in compliance with relevant laws, regulations and advising o best governance practices • Supporting the work of Board Committees by preparing agendas and documentation and facilitating communication between committees and the full board • Maintenance of full contact list of board members including board member appointment, dates, term of appointment and board members Bios • The maintenance of file or manual of governance policies and a systematic schedule for their review as determined by the board
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business related courses or LLB • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role • A professional membership of ICAG, ICCA, CHIRM would be an advantage • A member in good standing as a Barrister or Solicitor in Ghana is encouraged to apply
Required Competencies
• Ability to organize and manage events and meetings such as Annual General Meetings (AGM) • Ability to advise the Board and Management legally • Strong management, leadership team working skills • Maintain high level of integrity in all dealings

Job Description
• To lead the internal audit function by providing independent assurance on the effectiveness of the bank's risk management, control, governance and... processes • The successful applicant will be part of the management committee and report to the Board on audit and Governance related matters
Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with the provisions established by the regulator and the policies of the Bank • Collaborate with management to enhance the bank's risk management process • Appraise, from time to time, the effectiveness of internal controls in place and propose new controls for the consideration of the board • Provide support to the Board of Directors in discharging their duties and responsibilities to the Bank • Develop a comprehensive Annual Internal Audit Programme or the Bank and perform financial, operational and compliance audits in accordance with the internal audit programme • Conduct follow-up reviews of financial, operational or regulatory compliance deficiencies noted during audits to ensure that corrective action is taken • Perform any other related duties as required by the Board of the Chief Executive Officer.
Qualification Required & Experience
• BSc, Accounting, Finance, Auditing or related field and must possess professional qualification in Accounting or Banking (ACCA, ACIB, ICAG) • Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar position in the rural banking industry, with 3 years in managerial position
