Role Summary


We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and highly connected Event & Partnership Lead to take our brand presence to the next level.
You’ll be responsible for ideating, planning, and executing impactful events while also forging strategic partnerships that elevate our brand and drive growth.
From exclusive launch events and pop-ups to collaborations with like-minded brands,... you’ll be the driving force behind experiences that inspire people to explore the world with us.


Key Responsibilities

Events:


Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, from concept to completion (e.g., brand activations, client gatherings, launch parties, trade shows, influencer trips).
Own the end-to-end event logistics including budget management, vendor relations, venue selection, and on-site coordination.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Sales) to align event goals with company objectives.
Measure and analyze event performance, producing insights and recommendations for future activations.


Partnerships:


Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with brands, travel companies, tourism boards, influencers, and cultural institutions.
Develop co-branded campaigns and experiences that bring mutual value and expand our reach.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key external stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to activate partnerships across all channels.


What We're Looking For


8+ years experience in event planning, experiential marketing, partnerships, or related roles (ideally in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors).
Strong network of relevant brand and vendor contacts.
Creative thinker with a flair for design, storytelling, and customer experience.
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Passion for travel and cultural exploration.


Nice to Have:


Experience with CRM and event tools (e.g., Hubspot, Splash, Cvent).
Background in influencer marketing or social media collaborations.

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and highly engaged Social Media & Community Manager to grow our digital presence and deepen our relationships with travelers around the world.
You’ll own our social channels, create content that inspires wanderlust, and foster an engaged community of passionate adventurers.

Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution:


Own and execute the day-to-day management of all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand moments.
Create and publish high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.).
Stay on top of trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights and community feedback.


Community Engagement & Growth:


Build, nurture, and grow an engaged community of travelers and followers across platforms.
Actively monitor and respond to comments, DMs, tags, and mentions to drive meaningful conversations and customer loyalty.
Develop and execute initiatives that turn followers into superfans (e.g., UGC campaigns, ambassador programs, giveaways, live events).
Identify and build relationships with influencers, creators, and like-minded brands.


Collaboration & Coordination:


Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to align messaging and visuals.
Partner with customer experience and product teams to share community feedback and insights.
Coordinate with external creators, freelancers, and agency partners as needed.


What We’re Looking For


10+ years of experience managing social media and/or online communities for a brand—ideally in travel, lifestyle, or hospitality.
Deep understanding of social platforms, content formats, algorithms, and analytics.
Strong visual eye and ability to brief or create aesthetic, on-brand content.
Excellent communication skills—both written and visual.
Proactive, organized, and obsessed with staying ahead of digital trends.
A natural community builder who thrives on connection, storytelling, and shared experiences.
Passion for travel and cultural exploration is a must!


Bonus Points For:


Experience with tools like Later, Sprout, Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Video editing or photography skills.

What You’ll Do

Design Responsibilities:

Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and content creators to bring stories to life.


Copywriting Responsibilities:


Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy for campaigns, emails, web, social, and print.

Craft taglines, headlines, itineraries, and product descriptions that sell the dream of travel.
Ensure tone of voice is consistently applied across all brand communications.


Who You Are


5 - 7 years experience in a creative role, ideally in travel, lifestyle, or agency settings.
A strong portfolio that showcases both design and copywriting across formats and platforms.
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus for Figma or Canva.
Excellent writing and editing skills—clever, concise, and engaging.
Deep understanding of brand storytelling and customer psychology.
Detail-oriented, organized, and great at juggling multiple projects.
Passionate about travel, culture, and bringing stories to life.


Nice to Have:


Experience working with travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
Motion/animation skills (After Effects or similar).
