A Healthcare Product/services Marketing and Distribution Company established in 2011 with strong global brands of products, and in partnership with multinational manufacturing companies is currently looking for self-motivated and aggressive sales personnel to grow their market share.

ROLE PROFILE

Your role will be to develop new business opportunities and manage existing customers by... contacting and developing relationships with existing and potential customers.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to the long-term business growth. Ability to use CRM tool is essential.

COMPENSATION

Partly fixed and partly oncommission.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Manage existing clients account and relationships
Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
Discover sales opportunities through consumer research and field visits- engage in 80-90% field visits
Present products and services to prospective customers
Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g., trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
Monitor competition within assigned territory andadvise on product improvements offerings
Prepare and submit reports.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


Minimum of 1-2 years’ sales experience but in Healthcare/Medical device marketing/sales much more desired.
Experience in customer support and good sales track record is a plus.
Good knowledge of healthcare/medical market (consumables and/or medical devices) generally and specifically in assigned region.
Field sales experience is most preferred
Ability to develop sales strategies and use CRM, sales automation & IT platforms
Good administrative, negotiation and selling skills
Ability to communicate fluently in local language in his/her assigned  territory along with  good written and spoken English language.
Good computer knowledge; MS Office proficiency (minimum level) and presentation skills
Good interpersonal relationship, organizational and leadership skills
Self-motivated and aggressive for success.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


B.Sc./HND Medical Sciences/ Life Sciences/marketing. Applicants MUST reside in the location advertised.
OND degree holders in medical sciences and BSc/HND in marketing can be considered but with 3years and above sales experience in healthcare sales/marketing.
