We are a reputable Security Company seeking to fill position of Area Manager

Key Roles/Tasks.


Develop effective operation systems and processes 
Frequently undertake assignment risk assessments audits 
Review and administer standard operating procedures for all assignments
Labour planning of off duty and leave rota for Security Officers
Manage incidents by undertaking... investigation effectively and efficiently
Institute disciplinary action on Operation staff under command 
Ensure the assignments under command are well covered by replacing absentee security officers immediately
Spot check the Occurrence books and assignment checklists on site in line with supervision management
Check and approve payroll and ensure all security officers are captured.
Brief the security officers on all assignment operating procedures
Evaluate the performance of the operation staff under command and recommend training or coaching sessions on need basis
Carry out market intelligence and give feedback to management
Actively engage in branch development and growth activities


Qualifications and key skills


Must have atleast five year’s experience in management of security guards under Private Security Industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
Excellent communication skills, report writing skills and fully computer literate.
Resilient under pressure and ability to work with minimal supervision. more

The company seek to recruit qualified personnel for the post of Technical Manager.

Job Purpose: Oversee development, implementation and maintenance of company systems and processes.

Key Roles


Manage the company Technical infrastructure including computer systems and Security Systems.
Plan for installations, maintenance of all security systems including Alarm systems, Cctv, Electric... Fence and tracking devises.
Spearhead Business growth in Alarm, CCTV, Electric Fence and Tracking devices
Undertake market survey and update on modern security products
Undertake technical surveys and prepare quotations
Plan of project implementation after confirmation of order and supervise implementations to commissioning of projects.
Undertake Training Needs Analysis and train of the technical staff and client on technical products.
Plan of Maintenance Schedules for all electronic security systems deployed to clients
Participate in technical investigations after incidents 


Qualifications and Requirements


Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Bachelors’s Degree in information Technology
Must have hands on experience in installations of Alarm, CCTV, Electric Fence and Tracking.
Experience from Private Security Industry is a Must.

Responsibilities


Selling of manned guarding services, Technical products e.g Alarms, CcTv e.t.c  
Contact potential clients through cold calls 
Open business leads and close sales.
Make business presentation to potential clients
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services 
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction 
Build long-term trusting... relationships with clients 
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market


Minimum Job Requirements 


Diploma in Sales and Marketing, CIM, KIM
Must have minimum of  2years experience in sales of manned guarding/Alarms/Cctvs under private security company.
Familiarity with Ms Office 
Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
Ability to deliver engaging presentations 
Age above 27years more
