We are recruiting to fill the position of Operations Assistant Officer. Interested candidates should possess a good working knowledge ofNGOs program implementation, campaign, advocacy & community sensitization with excellent written and oral communication skills, Gender-based violence prevention, Sexual & reproductive health, budget & policy advocacy, proficiency in ICT, working... knowledge of graphic designs, emails, Corel draws, Canva. Ms word, excel, PowerPoint, and internet-based applications such as Canva, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and google.
Candidates with experience in Corel draw graphics design,adobe InDesign skills and internet-based applications such as canva will be highly prioritized

Responsibilities

The successful candidates will assist in designing and launching online and offline advocacy campaigns, community sensitization, stakeholder engagement, project implementation, monitoring & reporting, managing incoming and outgoing mail, launching regular social media campaigns
Assist in operational activities of our organization including Gender-based violence case findings, policy advocacy, budget monitoring & community mobilization
Raise awareness to end GBV, promote women and girls' health and economic and financial inclusion, and political participation
provide woman2woman counseling to women who are victims of GBV
Liaise with partners, Government agencies on gender & development issues
The ideal candidate must reside within the Sango Ota environs or be willing to relocate and must have experience in ICT, graphics design skills, and internet-based applications.

Requirements

A Diploma or Degree in Public / Business Admin, Public Health / Nursing / Midwifery, Law, Sociology, Computer Science, or any related fields from a reputable institution
At least 1 year of work experience.
The candidate must have a good working knowledge of Computer skills in graphic design, particularly in Corel Draw, Photoshop, MS word, Ms excel, Canva, Powerpoint & social media
Good written and oral communication skills.
The ideal candidate must reside within the Sango Ota Ogun State and Lagos environs or be willing to relocate more

Overview

We are recruiting to fill the position of Finance Assistant to join our team.
Interested candidates should possess a good working knowledge of non-profit accounting, budget preparation, financial reporting, and record keeping with excellent written and oral communication skills, proficiency in ICT, and working knowledge of accounting software, emails, Ms word, excel, and... PowerPoint.
Candidates with experience working in the non-profit accounting sector and professional qualifications will be highly prioritized

Key Responsibilities

The qualified candidate will work with the Finance Officers and Program Manager to facilitate and provide support during audits, at the project and fund level, as requested, including assistance with vendor contracting, supporting the planning process, and assisting in the follow-up of critical audit findings;
Assist and Liaise with partners, staff, and other third parties in verifying expenditure supporting documents during *spot-checks, review of financial reports, capacity assessments, and audits, reconciliation
Assist with the submission and return of Partners’ financial documentation Support in project monitoring & evaluation processes of our organization.
Support in the allocation and financial management processes of our organization
Receipt & review audit reports from contractors and ensures project records are updated as necessary.
Facilitate knowledge-building and knowledge-sharing on financial monitoring and reporting according to donors' demands.

Requirements

OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Accounting / Finance field is required.
Minimum of 1 year experience as finance/accounting officer or project officer with an NGO.
Good knowledge of internal control systems and experience with accounting software is an asset.
Experience supervising an audit process, and project reporting/reconciliation is an advantage.
Experience in delivering financial training and workshops is an advantage.
Must be Honest, a team player, and maintain a high-level professional standard
