JOB DESCRIPTION

TheTechnician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of inverters and batteries at customer sites and Onitsha locations.
The role involves troubleshooting technical issue, optimal performance of equipment, and providing high=quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Installation and setup, configure inveters and battries at customrs site. ensuring that  all system are correctly connected and fully operational. perform routine maintenanc on inverters and batteries,customer support, record keeping,compliance and safty.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC).
Minimum of 2 years work experience.
Driver must be good in Driving a commercial and domestic vehicle.
Must be Good Character and well behaved.

Role Objective

The candidates will administer the sales operations of the company Lubricant & Spare Division in their allocated area.
Grow and expand the Motul brand Lubes, Additive & spares business to ensuring that volume, revenue & margin targets are met through the sourcing of new clients and retention of existing clients.

Role Responsibilities

Appoint distributor / dealer in their... allocated territory.
Responsible to build awareness, market acceptability and demand for the products.
Achieve sales volume, revenue and margin targets on monthly basis.
To analyze market demand, gather competitor information, prepare analysis report.
Explain product range and product benefit to channel partners and end user.
Ensure adherence to laid down Marketing and Sales systems, processes, procedures and policies; make appropriate recommendations for improvement.
Produce / provide periodic updates and management reports on weekly basis.
Ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures
Work with branch to manage customer billing, complaints and enquiries.
Any other job as may be assigned by Business Unit Head or Product Head.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
Any professional qualification will be an added advantage, though not mandatory.
Experience: Having Sales experience, preferably in Lubricant or automobile industry.

For Junior Level: 1-3 years post qualification experience.
For Mid/ Senior Level: 4-5 years post qualification experience.


Age: Not more than 25 and 35 years of age for Junior and Mid/Senior level respectively.

Remuneration

Remuneration is very attractive and will not be constraint for deserving candidate.
Salary Bracket:

For Senior / Middle Level: N100,000 to N200,000
For Junior Level: N50,000 to N100,000 more
