Job Description:

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for... managing front desk operations, welcoming clients and guests, and providing administrative support to the legal team.

Key Responsibilities:


Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls.
Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized front desk
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Support the real estate arm of the business.
Provide basic administrative and clerical support to the legal team
Maintain confidentiality and always ensure discretion


Requirements:


Minimum of OND/HND/bachelor’s degree
1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a corporate or legal setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Well-groomed, courteous, and highly organized
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure


Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements

Strong written communication and persuasive selling skills.
Must be tech-savvy, polite, and have a customer-first attitude.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Resides within or close to Lagos Island is an added advantage.

Job Summary

 Ensure financial compliance and support smooth retail and wholesale transactions.

Key Responsibilities


Maintain daily records of sales, expenses, and bank transactions.
Reconcile POS sales with cash and bank deposits across retail and wholesale transactions.
Monitor cash flow and alert management of any discrepancies or shortages.
Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, expense summaries, and other financial reports.
Track vendor payments, receivables, and ensure proper invoicing.
Monitor inventory valuations and flag unusual shrinkage or discrepancies.
Prepare payroll summaries and track statutory deductions (PAYE, Pension, etc.).
Support audits and maintain tax records in compliance with Nigerian laws.
Liaise with the store keeper to verify stock against sales records.
Advise management on budgeting, financial planning, and profitability analysis.


Required Skills & Qualifications


HND/B.Sc. in Accounting or related field
Minimum of 2 years accounting experience (retail or fashion industry preferred)
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, Sage)
