Key Responsibilities of the Computer Operator :

1. **Data Entry and Typing**: Entering data, typing documents, letters, and other files as required by customers.
2. **Photocopying and Printing**: Operating photocopiers and printers for customer needs, ensuring quality and accuracy.
3. **Document Scanning**: Scanning documents and saving them in different formats, such as PDFs or images.
4.... **Laminating and Binding**: Laminating documents and binding materials such as reports or booklets.
5. **Operating Software Applications**: Using word processing, spreadsheet, and graphic design software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CorelDRAW) to create, edit, and format documents.
6. **Troubleshooting**: Addressing basic hardware or software issues with computers, printers, scanners, or other devices.
7. **Customer Service**: Assisting customers with document preparation, making recommendations on formatting, and ensuring satisfaction with completed tasks.
8. **File Management**: Organizing, saving, and retrieving files on behalf of customers.
9. **Internet Usage**: Assisting customers with online services, including browsing, e-mail, and online form submissions. Online registration, BVN and NIN registration.
10. **Computer Maintenance**: Performing basic maintenance, such as software updates, virus checks, and cleaning computer hardware.


Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:

1. **Operations Management**: Overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency in all services offered.
2. **Staff Supervision**: Managing computer operators and other staff, ensuring they meet performance and customer service standards.
3. **Customer Relations**: Handling customer complaints and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. **Inventory Management**: Tracking and ordering supplies like paper, toner, and other essential office items.
5. **Financial Management**: Managing daily income, recording transactions, and balancing accounts.
6. **Marketing and Promotion**: Developing and implementing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
7. **Equipment Management**: Ensuring all machines are in working order and organizing maintenance or repairs when necessary.
8. **Compliance and Security**: Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safeguarding sensitive customer data.
9. **Training and Development**: Providing training for staff on new software, equipment, or services.
10. **Service Expansion**: Identifying new services that can be offered, such as digital printing, graphic design, or video editing.
