Job Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and pursue new business opportunities
- Introduce and educate clients on various financial products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Analyze and assess clients’ needs and objectives to provide appropriate recommendations
- Process applications and handle client accounts
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitors' products and industry regulations

Qualifications:

- KCSE certificate or equivalent; a tertiary qualification is an added advantage
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
