Purpose of the Job

To ensure safe transport of either the Senior Pastor with his personal vehicle or Church Members using the Church Bus from one location to another in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will among others do the following:

Ensure effective and efficient use as well as proper handling of any assigned vehicle for optimum function... always.
Ensures assigned vehicle documents are valid, complete, and up to date always.
Reports any noticed faults, breakdowns, or part defects in the vehicle immediately and follows up until repair or replacement is perfectly done.
Ensure prompt servicing of assigned vehicles and monitoring of same for quality delivery.
Ensure the correct and appropriate use of the vehicle for its intended purpose(s)

Personal Specification

The candidate must:

Possess a Senior School Certificate with at least 5 years of driving experience,
Primary school leaving certificate holders with at least 10 years of driving experience may equally apply
Possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive both (small cars and buses)
Be a person of integrity, good character, and disciplined and has good knowledge of traffic codes and signs.
Possess excellent administrative and communication skills
Must be an active and practicing Christian (not compulsorily foursquare member) more

Academic Qualification

ND in Office Technology and Management, Business Administration and Accounting.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary with accounting background would be advantageous.
Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters.
Exceptional filing,... record keeping, and organisational skills.
Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
Proficiency in appointments scheduling and call forwarding systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Ability to undertake basic accounting task such as ledger balancing, bookkeeping etc
Formal qualification in Office Technology and Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Accountancy.

Spiritual Requirement:

He/She must be a born again Christian with salvational history. more
