Responsibilities:


Ensure consistent production of... high-quality, safe produce/products.
Oversee all quality control measures throughout the poultry production process, from converting the raw materials to final produce/product packaging and distribution
Work closely with the operations team to uphold rigorous quality standard and drive continuous improvement
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance programs, including quality control procedures, inspections, and audits
Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
Document quality control activities and maintain detailed records to demonstrate process control
Train and supervise staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with relevant farm regulations, standards, and best practices in poultry production.
