Key Responsibilities
• Identify and recruit qualified micro and... small business clients in line with company policy. • Conduct thorough client assessments, loan appraisals, and field investigations. • Mobilize, disburse, and ensure strict recovery of loans to maintain a Portfolio at Risk (PAR) not exceeding 5%. • Consistently chase delinquent and default clients to demand repayment in line with recovery procedures. • Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on disbursement, arrears, and recovery status. • Deliver financial education and promote digital repayment solutions to reduce default risk.
Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year proven experience in microfinance credit operations, with emphasis on loan recovery. • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field. • Strong analytical, negotiation, and field collection skills. • Demonstrated ability to control delinquency and maintain portfolio quality. • Ability to work under pressure and deliver on recovery targets. • Riding or driving experience is an added advantage.
