Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Management Intern located on-site in Lekki, Lagos.
The Management Intern will assist in daily administrative duties, assist in event planning, work alongside Brila Media's management team to develop, plan, and execute strategies, conduct research, assist in social media management, analyze data, and engage with the audience.
Preferred candidate... must reside in the Lekki-Ajah axis

Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools
Basic knowledge of event planning and execution
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Passion for sports and knowledge of the sports industry is a plus more

Responsibilities

Set up digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, social media and blogs).
Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities.
Analyze user data through web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence.
Monitor and optimize SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as Digital marketing strategist.
Demonstrate experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software.
Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Familiarity with web design and HTML.
