Job Responsibilities
Accounts receivable:

Debt collection and Customer Account Reconciliation: Formulate and... implement aggressive debt recovery strategies and reconcile customer accounts.
Receipt of customer payments against invoiced amounts;
Petty Cash Operations: Support in disbursement of funds, posting and reconciling petty cash entries. Assist in the seamless processing of refunds and daily cash flow projections.
Assist with data entry and data analysis tasks, which can include working with spreadsheets and financial databases.
Learn and use financial software and tools, such as accounting and financial analysis tools.
Perform general administrative duties to support the finance team, including filing, documentation, and organising financial records.
Collaborate with the team to identify and solve financial challenges and address issues as they arise.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct line manager.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an enthusiastic QA Engineer, who is experienced in testing complex... web and mobile app experiences with the ability to adapt, learn quickly and has excellent problem-solving skills. You’ll work with a team of engineers, and UI/UX designers to test software that serves the needs of our customers all over Africa.

Responsibilities :

Execute manual and automated tests of our web and mobile apps according to the provided test scripts.
Evaluating the user interface (UI) design and user experience (UX).
Documenting data, and reporting all the findings to the software developers.
Create test scripts based on functional specifications and training session materials.
Analyze log files and debug outputs, compare outputs with provided successful examples and thus identify possible errors and failures.
Report bugs and collaborate with the tech team to get them resolved. more

Responsibilities

Onboard customers in the sales territory onto the Jumba Platform
Generate sales orders from customers
Managing customer experience in their sales territory including responding to inquiries, client visits, etc.
Ensure customer retention and satisfaction in said territory.
Support product development by sharing key feedback from customers and other market data... points.

Requirements

Minimum 1-year experience in sales.
Experience in construction industry sales particularly for distributors or manufacturers is required
Strong communication skills in both Kiswahili and English and the prevalent mother tongue in the county of hire.
Must be tech savvy with good excel skills
