Keys Skills & Qualifications


Monitor and control inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and conducting regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
Update inventory... databases, systems, or spreadsheets to reflect stock transactions, adjustments, and movements, maintaining up-to-date and accurate inventory records.
Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure stock availability.
Oversee stock levels and ensure proper documentation of inventory.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.


Qualifications and Requirements:


Min. of OND/ HND /BSC in a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, etc), inventory management software, accounting software.
Familiarity with administrative duties.
Client/Vendor management.
Excellent numerical and logical analytic skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.

This job is part time and you will only be required to come to the office twice every week.

Keep records of purchases, suppliers, sales and customers.
Ensure that suppliers are paid as at when due and reconcile their account regularly.
Ensure accuracy and quality regarding incoming and outgoing inventory.
Conduct regular audits or stock takes to reconcile physical inventory with recorded stock levels.

Qualifications
