Analyze and interpret performance data and metrics to evaluate progress and make informed decisions.
Prepare and submit detailed reports to the CEO on critical business matters and organizational performance.
Collaborate with the Managing Director (MD) to identify and pursue fundraising opportunities, new business channels, and market expansion.
Participate in strategic company growth initiatives, including business development, new business setups, investments, acquisitions, and corporate alliances.
Build and manage strong relationships with partners and vendors to ensure long-term collaboration and success.


Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA or Master’s degree preferred).
Certification - COMP/COM
7+ years years proven experience in an operations leadership role, with a track record of driving operational efficiency and achieving results.
Strong understanding of business functions, including IT, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Preparation of project material – spreadsheets, reports, documents, memo, letters, project briefs and emails.
Manage project administration tasks.
Understand the scope of set projects.
Coordinate assigned tasks and resources.
Ensure that projects are in line with set budgets.

Project Functions:

Supporting the MD on various projects within Trennco. Report directly to the MD, assisting her with business drafts, creation and analysis of business reports, analysis of business spreadsheets.
Plan, track and report on the performance of multiple ongoing projects. Support the MD with the completion of project scopes and objectives.
Understand project scopes, budgets, and assist in creating/drafting the project requirements needed to complete assigned projects.
Strong interpersonal skills to provide support and work with the MD to ensure the completion of various company projects.
Coordinating administrative tasks, and monitoring deadlines on project deliverables to ensure successful execution and completion of assigned projects.

Basic IT Functions:

Installing and configuring computer systems.
Resolving network issues.
Identifying hardware and software solutions.
Maintaining and updating technical documentation, licenses, etc.
Troubleshooting technical issues.
Testing any new technology/software systems.
Regular update and backup of the website
Collaborating with external vendors to ensure a smooth work process (Web designers, graphic designers, social media managers etc.)
Safeguard and maintain all project documents and data to ensure project integrity is sustained.
