Duties and Responsibilities


Schedule, Plan and conduct audits of the organization's financial, operational and information systems.
Identify and recommend improvements to the audited areas.
Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency
Ensure the business complies with all relevant internal requirements, industry regulations and government... legislation
Reviewing the internal control framework and consistently ensuring its compliance
Assess the organization’s risk profile and develop an audit plan that effectively addresses the risks identified
Performing and supervising audit field work, including system documentation, evaluation, interviews and financial analysis.

In liaison with CAO Coordinate and Monitor the budgeting process and Reporting
Coordinating and liaising with external auditors to ensure external audits and financial reporting processes are efficient and effective.
Manage and ensure quality of all audit work conforms to the internal policies and audit standards.

Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or closely related field
At least five (5) years of experience in auditing.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor(CISA) or other appropriate certifications or licensure.
Advanced professional audit standards and audit techniques.
Ability to Maintain confidentiality at work
Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective Public relations, Partnership, and Advertising strategies to enhance the company’s reputation and revenue.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets & partners.
Work with internal teams to develop and execute content marketing strategies that promote the company’s brand and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with the company’s product roadmap and business objectives.
Oversee company media events and press conferences
Oversee handling of winners, their publicity and follow up on their future engagement with the brand
Manage the SportPesa truck for screening events & advertising purposes
Identify and propose new partnership opportunities that can drive the company’s growth.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform PR, Partnership and Advertising strategies.
Manage Public Relations & Advertising budgets and campaigns.
Manage existing partnerships or sponsorships, ensuring compliance with contract terms and deliverables
Track and report on partnership or sponsorships performance, providing regular updates to marketing team & senior management on key metrics and ROI
Develop and implement measurement plans to evaluate the success of PR, Partnership and Advertising campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Working with legal team, ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards in all PR, Partnership and Advertising activities.
Attend industry events, trade shows and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest trends, identify potential opportunities, and network with potential partners

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in Public relations, Partnership and Advertising roles, preferably in the betting or gaming industry.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful PR, Partnership, and Advertising campaigns.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews
Experience in managing budgets and driving ROI for PR, Partnerships & Advertising campaigns.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Event planning experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications

A Law Degree from any recognized University;
A Diploma from the Kenya School of Law or an exemption by the Council of Legal Education;
Admission to the Roll of Advocates;
Must not have any pending complaints with the Advocates Complaints Commission, the Disciplinary Committee or adverse report from current and previous employer(s)
2-4 years of post-admission experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal department
Extensive commercial experience, including drafting and negotiating and other services agreements, licenses and strategic transactions
A current practicing certificate, in good standing, to practice law Kenya.
Previous experience, especially in betting industry, preferred.
Intellectual flexibility and business-oriented attitude
Creative and practical legal advisor who can communicate information accurately and completely, while being concise and digestible for non-lawyers

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge and experience in Google Ads are a MUST HAVE
Demonstrated creativity and documented immersion in social media (please provide links or profiles as examples)
Proficient in content marketing theory and application
