Job Description

Perform the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
Liaise with the HOD Account in analyzing current and past trends of financial key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures of the business.
Perform transactions such as: cash, transfer, POS, are confirmed and reconciled with actual sales
Interface with... all cashiers to be picked up as at when due for sales & banking reconciliation.
Perform cash banking and lodgement daily
Daily posting of CIT on the ICG.
Verification of LPO's, GRN, Invoices before payment is made.
Ensure consumables – Till rolls, scale rolls, POS paper, bags are made available for trade.
Source and ensure availability of lower denominations – (change) to trade and are gotten promptly from the banks
Partake in periodic stock take/count with the store operations.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of expected variance.
Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis.
Assist in developing financial models and analysis to support business operational strategic initiatives.
Complies with federal, state and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising Management on needed actions.
Assist in the development of costing template and costing of production units.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Perform all other duties as may be assigned by Management.
