The Human Resource candidate is responsible for employment processes such as, conducting interviews, orientation, staff training and welfare.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidate should be committed, as well as experienced
Staff & organization development 
Active participation in the recruitment and integration of staff
incorporate training and developmental programs, that will assist in preformance growth
Maintain employee records, like staff data, attendance etc
Constantly improve staff welfare and working conditions

SKILLS

BA certificate in business administration, social studies or relevant fields
Experience and Knowledge as an HR officer, administrator or other relations role
Proficiency in MS office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ethics and good organizational abilities more
