Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Expertise: Perform routine maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs on our fleet of Ford E350 vans series. This includes but is not limited to, engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems.
Fleet Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring vehicles are in optimal condition for daily use.
Preventative Maintenance:... Develop and implement regular maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure the longevity of our vehicles.
Spare Parts Management: Maintain an inventory of spare parts and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions to our operations.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all vehicles meet safety and compliance standards set by relevant authorities.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs, as well as cost tracking.
Cost Management: Monitor and manage the budget for fleet maintenance and repairs. more
