Key Responsibilities


Supervise the operation, maintenance, and performance of all utility systems including boilers, air compressors, chillers, water treatment plants, generators, and HVAC systems.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for utility equipment.
Monitor utility usage and ensure efficiency in energy and resource... consumption.
Lead troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and resolution of equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations governing utility operations.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure reliable utility supply to all plant operations.
Supervise, train, and mentor utility technicians and operators to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures.
Maintain accurate records and reports of utility operations, consumption data, and maintenance activities.
Drive continuous improvement projects in energy efficiency, sustainability, and system reliability.


Qualifications & Experience


Education: ND / HND / B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in utility operations and maintenance within a manufacturing or FMCG environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of boiler operations, compressed air systems, cooling towers, refrigeration units, and power generation systems.
Strong background in preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
Familiarity with safety standards, environmental regulations, and energy management systems. more

Requirements

Candidates should possess an OND / NCE qualification.
Minumum of 1 year of sales experience in a FMCG sector.
Must possess a driving license.
Must be able to navigate Lagos road.
Communication and negotiation skills.

Salary

N51,000 monthly plus incentive slab of N40,000 - N80,000
