We are looking to hire an experienced program manager to drive the development and implementation of initiatives, provide effective project management as well as oversee the monitoring and evaluation of programs.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the foundation's leadership team to develop and refine the strategic plans, goals, and objectives... of the foundation. Ensure alignment between programs and the overall strategic direction
Program Management: Drive the execution of entire program lifecycle including supervising the implementation of key activities and resources, and developing monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, ensuring the successful implementation of the foundation's initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, community leaders, and beneficiaries.
Program Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop and implement robust monitoring and evaluation systems to measure program outcomes, assess impact, and identify areas for improvement.
People & Process Management: The Program Manager will also ensure that the grantees, program implementation partners and service providers are accountable to and work proactively for the effective delivery of projects.

Required Qualifications / Experience:

A degree in any relevant or related degree would be applicable.
A proven successful track record and experience in program management in similar NGOs
A good working knowledge of the non-for-profit sector (i.e. NGO in Nigeria).
Excellent written and communication skills.
Good Monitoring and evaluation skills.
Good report writing skills.

Financial Forecasts / Modelling: The Analyst is also expected to lead a team that develops financial models for business planning and investment appraisals to help engender better management decision making. The Analyst has to have a robust understanding of quantitative models for business finance.
Research and Analysis: With research being a very integral part of the Analyst work process, the Analyst is also expected to lead their Associates in the development of industry intelligence and the smart adaptation of this intelligence to help solve client’s problems and take advantage of value opportunities. Ability to aggregate and make sense of seemingly disparate bits of information is very critical to delivering on this responsibility.
Initiatives Management: The Analyst will regularly have the responsibility of driving the implementation of initiatives within ASA. These initiatives are critical to the achievement of the organisation’s objectives and the Analyst has to have experience in managing initiatives in similar organisations.
Business Development: The Analyst is expected to work with Partners on initiatives and marketing activities designed to grow the business including contributing to the firm’s online blog, driving the business’ media channels,  creating case studies, white papers, facilitating knowledge sharing sessions and learning programs and other marketing related content development activities to support marketing and business development efforts.
Client Relations: The Analyst is also a key part of ASA’s client engagement process and must therefore be able to develop and manage close relationships with clients.
