Job Overview

The accountant would be responsible for maintaining financial records, running reports, recording a wide range of transactions and provide trustworthy information about financial records. They would also be responsible for tracking and managing the inventory account.

Responsibilities and Duties


Managing and tracking all... account transactions.
Audit financial transactions and documents. 
Reconciling account payable and receivables. 
Filling tax, vat, Payee and Pension
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
Manage balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
Reporting and advising on company’s financial health.
Preparing financial statements and reports.
Complying with financial policies and regulations. 


Job Requirement


Must have relevant qualification in Accounting, finance or any related courses. 
Must have at least 5 years’ experience as an accountant.
Must have hands on experience with accounting soft wares including advanced Ms Excel and quickbooks.
Must have excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures. 
Must have strong attention to detail and good analytics skill.

Liaising with all agents Nationwide to fulfill delivery.
Following up with the activities of agents on orders given to them and customer feedback.
Updating the office on activities going on interstate between agents and... customers
Recording stock updates in the different locations outside Lagos.
