Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods & services required by the Hospital and its stakeholders.
Conduct prequalification exercises of... suppliers, service providers, and contractors to maintain an up-to-date database of capable and legitimate suppliers.
Oversee the process of receiving all invoices from suppliers, ensuring proper record-keeping, and verifying that all delivered items are as per the Local Purchase Order (LPO).
Assist in the management of contracts and the disposal process of Mildmay Uganda assets, as may be required from time to time. more
