Duties and Responsibilities

Establishing and developing procurement framework and processes including end-2-end contract strategies through complete contracts lifecycle tracking and supplier performance management.
Identify and develop reliable sources of supply
Establish adequate record keeping and issuance procedures
Translate operating forecasts into material requirements plans and there... determine standard stock reorder levels.
Ensure products and resources are assigned to the appropriate department and billed accordingly
Participate in negotiations for service contracts
Prepare procurement repots
Perform risk assessment on potential contracts and agreements
Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost effective
Respond to internal and external supply inquiries
Manage existing and vendor and supplier relationships
Develop and implement sourcing strategy to optimize costs and to ensure continuity of supply of critical products and equipment

Job Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant course
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
Experienced in the food service supply chain practices
Knowledge of some category areas within food and beverage
Analytical and negotiations skills
Excellent team player
