Proven experience as a content writer/director/producer, copywriter, or journalist in the media industry.
Have a passion and understanding of the working of reality television.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.

Strong business acumen
Mature and proactive, hands-on personality with strong interpersonal skills
