Key responsibilities


Plan and co-ordinate sales activation programs organized within the region. Supervise unit offices and provide the necessary leadership.
Monitor the activities of all units... through daily reports and align the activities including prospecting clients, unit visits and trainings to the desired revenue objectives.
Lead effective training of the regional team on various aspects including the products and maintain such record.
To ensure all teams within the region attain the set targets through coordination with operations and sales and marketing teams.
Ensure adequacy of marketing merchandise, product brochures and application forms at the units.
Prepare and share daily, weekly and monthly reports of regional office performance as per Key Performance Indicators Matrixes.
Champion the delivery of consistent, seamless, and trusted customer service to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
Ensure complaint resolution within the approved timeline.
Build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders in the region i.e. partners, agents, and customers.
In-depth understanding of KUPA products, including coverage options, benefits, and exclusions.
Manage the office for optimal operational performance.
Planning for and developing staff in the Regional Office
Any other duties that may arise from time to time relating to KUPA management activities.
