DESCRIPTION

Responsible for managing the hospital's front desk and providing excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES


Receiving and Registration of clients.
Receiving cash and running of payment cards where appropriate. 
Handling claims forms/preauthorization
Handing over cash/invoices on daily basis
Handling patients’ complaints/inquiries,... receiving all hospital calls
Finalizing, attaching bills to claim forms, dispatching claims 
Notifying SHIF claims
Booking clinic patients
Reporting on daily numbers
Liaising with Smart applications on matters related to smart billing
Liaising with credit card issuers on issues related to PDQs.
Seeking authorization for members where cards have issues
Receipting cash and handing over for banking
Managing petty cash
Timely reporting on any dysfunctional tool of work at the work station 
   16. Comply with all safe work procedures and practices related to Occupational Health and Safety Policy      Receiving and Registration of clients.

Diploma In Front Office Management/Business Administration/Management/Health Records Management or related field
