Basic Electrical Maintenance and Electrical Troubleshooting (Knowledge of industrial wall fans and ceiling fans, Pumping machines, Floating switch maintenance.)
Plumbing Principles and troubleshooting (Repairs and maintenance of Toilet fittings and pipe works).
HVAC maintenance and servicing.
Woodwork experience (fixing of door hinges, Keys and Classroom furniture)

Requirements

O'level qualification.
1 - 3 years work experience.
22- 35 years old.
Twenty - Four Hours on Duty & Twenty - Four Hours Off - Duty.
Ability to read & write.
Security functions.

Job Description

Amongst other duties, the candidate will:

Ensure proper documentation and posting of all financial transactions, and prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports therefrom.
Analyse trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.
Advice management on resource utilization, tax... strategies, and assumptions underlying budget forecasts.

Requirements

Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Accounting.
Professional Accounting qualification e.g. ACA or ACCA is an added advantage.
5 - 7 years proven work experience in a similar role, 3 years of which may be as the Head of the bursary in a well-structured secondary school.
Proficient in the use of accounting software.
Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent financial reporting skills.
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Maintains safe and secure environment for parents, students and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel
Secures premises and personnel by patrolling inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry
Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining... trespassers.
Follows up other duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities

Dusting, sweeping, cleaning, mopping.
Carrying out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks.
Cleaning of the School environment; classes and restrooms.
Notifying management of deficiencies or repairs required.
Running errands and carrying out any other assigned tasks
