We are looking for a creative and experienced YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join our team. As a Thumbnail Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging thumbnails for our YouTube videos.
Responsibilities:

Design visually appealing and compelling thumbnails for YouTube videos
Collaborate with the content creators to ensure the thumbnail accurately reflects the... content of the video
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in YouTube thumbnail design
Work within brand guidelines and ensure consistency in design
Produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
Be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

A strong portfolio showcasing your experience in YouTube thumbnail design
Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva
Strong understanding of color, typography, composition, and design principles
Ability to work collaboratively with content creators and the rest of the team
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Strong time management and organization skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements more
