Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks and tools for effective data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Oversee program budgets, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and internal financial policies.
Represent the organization in donor meetings, technical working groups, and relevant forums.
Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, government agencies, and NGOs.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nursing, Development Studies, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
At least 5 years of progressive experience in managing donor-funded health or community development programs.
Demonstrated experience in proposal writing, donor relations, and project budgeting.
Strong understanding of Kenya’s health systems, community strategy, and public health priorities.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Experience working with county governments and community-based organizations.

To be responsible for the overall management of the region (Mombasa, Kwale, Kilifi and Taita Taveta Counties) to ensure increase in membership of volunteers and to increased revenue for the region.
Key roles and responsibilities
