We are seeking a strategic and operationally skilled General Manager (GM) to lead our cross-functional operations, with the potential to become a full-time executive after the initial 12-month contract period.

Key Responsibilities


Manage daily operations across all subsidiaries: dental, eye care, dermatology, FMCG distribution, and upcoming business lines.
Implement cost-saving initiatives in procurement, vendor management, and inventory control.
Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue across all business units.
Design and enforce SOPs that improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
Enhance patient and customer experience across clinics and distribution channels.
Lead cross-departmental functions including HR, finance, admin, and logistics.
Support the launch and integration of new subsidiaries, ensuring operational readiness.
Monitor KPIs and ensure regulatory and quality compliance.
Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, accountability, and alignment.
Work directly with the CEO on strategy, planning, and board-level reporting.


Candidate Profile


Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (MBA or MPH preferred).
6–8+ years of leadership experience, ideally in healthcare and/or FMCG operations.
Strong background in cost control, revenue optimization, and customer experience.
Demonstrated success in leading multi-site or multi-unit operations.
Proven track record in process improvement, performance management, and team leadership.
Strategic thinker with hands-on operational drive.


Contract Structure:


This is a 12-month contract with the opportunity for conversion to full-time employment based on performance and strategic alignment with the organization.

Monitor and track insurance claims to ensure timely payment and resolve any billing discrepancies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and insurance claims.
Collaborate with the clinic's administrative team to ensure compliance with billing and insurance regulations.
Assist in resolving any billing or account-related issues that may arise, including following up on unpaid claims.
Stay updated on changes in insurance policies and healthcare regulations that affect billing and reimbursement processes.
Handle confidential patient information with strict adherence to privacy and data protection guidelines.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the departmental head.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Previous experience in healthcare billing, insurance coordination, or related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of medical billing practices and insurance claims processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using billing software and Microsoft Office applications.
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial transactions and records.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with HMO contracts and policies is a plus.
