This role focuses exclusively on posting job vacancies on various platforms using anonymous accounts and providing the necessary access to the recruitment team for further candidate engagement and selection.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage anonymous accounts on job boards and recruitment platforms.
• Post job vacancies according to provided specifications and templates.
• Ensure postings are accurate, grammatically correct, and aligned with company guidelines.
• Monitor postings for activity and visibility across platforms.
• Provide account access, posting details, and links to the supervising recruiter for candidate handling.
• Maintain a record of all accounts, passwords, and job posting activity in a secure, organized format.
• Conduct basic market research on trending job boards or posting strategies when needed.

Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Proficient in navigating online platforms and job posting websites.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information securely.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in recruitment support or administrative tasks is a plus but not required.
