Key Responsibilities

Web Design & Development: Build, manage, and maintain company and client websites that reflect professional standards and brand coherence.
Landing Pages & Funnels: Design and build high-conversion landing pages and marketing funnels tailored to client goals.
Website Auditing: Conduct thorough audits of client websites, resolve technical and structural issues, and provide updated, professional recommendations and implementations.
UI/UX Design: Apply practical, in-depth knowledge of UI/UX design to deliver visually compelling and intuitive web interfaces.
Front-End Design: Create appealing, user-friendly website front ends that enhance visitor engagement and retention.
Project Oversight: Monitor the progress and completion of all web projects, ensuring timelines are met, updates are continuous, and site performance is optimal.

Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in web design/development and UI/UX roles, ideally within an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
Proficient in front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and frameworks (Bootstrap, React, etc.).
Strong knowledge of WordPress, Wix, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms.
Experience with graphic design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Understanding of SEO, website performance, and analytics.
Experience with sales funnel tools such as ClickFunnels, Leadpages, etc.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to deadlines.
