Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email,... or chat.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Proven experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Comfortable using customer service software, CRMs, and basic computer applications.
