Key Responsibilities:


Assist with the preparation and reconciliation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash records
Prepare supplier payments and ensure all invoices are properly verified and approved
Support month-end and year-end closing... processes
Maintain proper filing and archiving of finance documents for audit readiness
Assist in preparation of tax returns and compliance documentation (e.g., VAT)
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on finance-related queries
Track and report company expenses and ensure timely reimbursements
Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
CPA Part II or higher (actively pursuing CPA qualification is acceptable)
1–3 years of relevant experience in a corporate finance or accounting environment
Experience using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Sage)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

As a Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in identifying, engaging, and closing deals for Tier Data’s Outsourced IT and SaaS solutions. Working closely with both our technical and management teams, you’ll develop a deep understanding of clients’ challenges and demonstrate how our solutions can support their growth and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities


Prospect &... Generate Leads: Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
Build & Maintain Relationships: Develop strong rapport with new and existing clients, providing ongoing support and fostering trust.
Present & Demonstrate Solutions: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and product demos, highlighting the benefits of Tier Data’s offerings.
Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with solution architects and project managers to ensure client needs are fully captured, understood, and implemented.
Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and revenue objectives.
Forecast & Report: Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline status, forecasts, and strategic insights for management review.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive analysis to refine sales strategies.


Qualifications


Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2-3 years in customer service, ERP sales, software sales, or IT products, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of SaaS and ITaaS solutions; ability to communicate technical concepts in layman’s terms.
Excellent written and verbal skills, with a track record of building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating across departments to deliver on client requirements.
