Requirements:


NCE, B.Ed., or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Ability to plan creatively and engage children through play, music, storytelling, and hands-on activities.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities


Oversee and manage all day- to -day operational activities related to Ploutos Asset Management.
Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with company goals.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance when receiving client funds.
Ensure the company achieves and maintains full regulatory certification and ongoing compliance.
Drive significant growth in the company’s Assets under Management within a defined strategic period.
Establish and oversee robust systems and processes to ensure strong operational performance.
Lead capital mobilization and investment execution.
Continuous process improvement to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, and act as the primary liaison with regulators
Lead, mentor, and support the operational team

Key Qualifications


Must be a licensed Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) sponsored individual.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
8 -10 years’ experience in asset management, banking, or investment operations.

Key Responsibilities


Meet and manage monthly revenue targets
Controlling expenses and monitoring budgets
Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property
Managing a sales team and providing leadership, training, and coaching
Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services both online and off-line
Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals on Metrospace Construction
Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts
Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
Coordinate digital marketing strategies, and monitor conversation rate and ROI of approved strategies
Work with the marketing design department to produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, digital marketing content to aid the sales of property listings
Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals
Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers on the CRM system
Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
To conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market, curate and publish blog posts on the Metroscape website
Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals
Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a brokering deal
Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects
Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network 


Required Experience and Competencies:


5+ years’ experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Digital Marketing experience (understand viable social media marketing platforms)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs and any customer relation system
Ability to find unique ways to deal with customer complaints or concerns.
Good personal presentation, especially when face-to-face with customers
