The ideal candidate will ensure seamless delivery operations by managing rider networks, negotiating competitive rates, optimizing routes, and enhancing customer fulfilment.

✅ Recruit, onboard, and manage freelance riders across Kenya.

✅ Negotiate fair delivery rates and maintain rider satisfaction.
✅ Ensure rider availability and minimize delivery delays.
✅ Build partnerships with third-party delivery companies where needed.
