Key Responsibilities:


Supervise building projects from planning to execution
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants
Review project designs and technical specifications
Provide on-site technical support and inspections
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
Perform regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.
Assist in developing and executing preventive maintenance strategies.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance.
Must be able to start a renovation work immediately.


Qualifications & Skills


BSc/HND in Building Technology or a related field
Professional certification such as CEFP or PMP an added advantage
Experience in managing large-scale building projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Ability to respond to emergencies
Minimum of 5 years experience in building engineering
Proficient in using hand and power tools
Good understanding of safety protocols and regulations
Solid understanding of construction laws and regulations
Strong troubleshooting skills
Physical ability to lift heavy items and work in various conditions
Valid driver’s license more

Qualifications/Skills

First Degree/HND Marketing or MBA
Excellent in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Oral & Written Communication Skills
Excellent in English Language
Ability to communicate in Yoruba fluently will be an advantage
Strong Presentation & Negotiation Skills

Experience

Knowledge of different areas in Lagos
Ability to drive
Ability to analyse data
Strong working knowledge of... Lagos Island, Lekki, Ajah.
Experience in Digital Marketing is compulsory.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS –
