Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:


Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
As the IT Office Administrator, your duties will include:
Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Organizing and maintaining filing systems (both physical and digital).
Coordinating travel arrangements when required.


IT Coordination:


Assisting with basic... troubleshooting of office IT systems and devices. 
Liaising with IT service providers and vendors to address technical issues. 
Maintaining IT asset records, including hardware, software, and licenses. Ensuring the office is equipped with essential tech tools and resources.


General Office Management:


Monitoring office supplies and placing orders as needed.
Supporting the onboarding of new staff, including setup of IT systems.
Collaborating with teams to improve operational efficiency.


Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:


Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of IT systems, with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
