What You'll Do:
• Be the first point of contact for all customers (calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins). • Handle bookings, schedule technicians, and confirm appointments with accuracy. • Provide clear information on our services: installation, cleaning, repairs, and promotions. • Track service requests and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. • Address complaints and concerns quickly with empathy and professionalism. • Record and update customer data in our system. • Actively promote discounts, loyalty cards, and special offers. • Go above and beyond to make every customer interaction unforgettable.
Qualification Required & Experience
What We're Looking For:
• Excellent English communication skills (bonus if you speak Twi or Ga). • Friendly, patient, and solution-driven personality. • Strong multitasking and organizational skills. • Social media savvy (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). • At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred. • Passion for serving people and helping Cool Guy AC grow into Ghana's #1 air-conditioning brand.

• Actively... market Cool Guy AC services through social media, direct marketing, and community engagement. • Develop and implement creative sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Promote loyalty card programs, discount packages, and charity campaigns • Assist in organizing promotional events and branding activities. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor trends. • Provide regular sales reports and marketing updates to management.
Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms. • Self-driven, persuasive, and result-oriented. • Ability to work in field sales within Accra and nearby areas.
