As a Help Desk Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to our internal teams and external clients. Responsibilities:

Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to technical issues.

Assist users in setting up new hardware and software applications.

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and escalate as needed.

Install, configure, and update software and hardware systems.

Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.

Collaborate with IT team members to improve overall system efficiency.

Provide technical training and support to end-users.

Maintain accurate records of help desk interactions and resolutions.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Basic understanding of networking principles and protocols.

Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems.

Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Technical certification (e.g., CompTIA A+) is a plus.
