Overview
Reporting to the Chairman of the board, we are seeking a Senior Corporate Strategy Advisor to join the Strategic Planning Department within our Corporate Strategy &... Planning organization. This senior role will directly contribute to the Company’s strategy development and update process through the application of best-practices in the fields of telecommunications and corporate strategy. The candidate will coordinate the development of the Company’s Corporate Strategy, provide analytical support and facilitation of strategic decision-making by Corporate Management, and lead communication of the Corporate Strategy across the organization and in key Company publications.
Key Responsibilities

Acts as a “Corporate Advisor” for Corporate Strategy and related issues and provides relevant strategic and process-related insight to the Strategic Planning Department, the Corporate Planning organization, the CEO and members of Corporate Management.
Takes a leading role in the development and update of the Company’s Corporate Strategy in coordination with other business strategists and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the Corporate Planning organization and the various business and support lines. Generates and proposes to corporate and executive management strategic options backed up with the appropriate analysis.
Prepares research and special studies and analyses as required, for the Corporate Planning organization and various Corporate Committees.
Coordinates with all groups of Strategic Planning and other departments of Corporate Planning to develop the analysis required for the development and update of the Corporate Strategy.
Must cultivate key matrix relationships across the organization and be able to persuade counterparts at different levels and advance corporate strategic thinking to ensure the organization is proactive in adjusting or developing its strategy.
Interfaces, influences, and collaborates with a group of SMEs, strategists and professionals across the organization responsible for articulating and crafting business strategies from the Company’s Strategic Plan, including challenging strategic analysis, and assisting in clarifying objectives.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or closely related specialty, with graduate degree highly desirable.  The ideal candidate will have spent most of her/his career in telecoms, preferably in a decision making role. The candidate will be a recognized telecoms expert and thought leader in company strategy, and up to date on the latest developments, drivers and paths for the telecom industry. 
The candidate must have solid experience in strategy development, strategic planning and scenario planning in the telecom sector. Experience in a combination of technical, operational, commercial and strategic roles is desirable, with at least 5-10 years’ experience in a Corporate Strategy or Corporate Planning role, where the Advisor will have had a key role in company strategy development and regularly interfaced with top management (CEO, Business Leaders). 
The Candidate must be able to independently initiate research to formulate, coherently articulate, and present ideas and initiatives assessing issues or opportunities impacting the Company’s strategy or performance. 
The candidate will have regularly prepared and presented to Corporate Management and Board level, as well as across organizational levels and at external fora such as conferences, and must therefore be able to quickly build the trust and respect of Executive Committee members, senior management and peers. 
The candidate will have worked in an international setting, with a sound appreciation of working with multi-national teams.

Responsibilities include day-to-day administration of all internal operations. Prepares long and short-range budgets and work plans. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Directs activities of the communication’s division’s administration and finance operation by scheduling and assigning work, determining methods for doing work, checking quality of work, answering questions, handling personnel issues, and monitoring workflow to ensure timely completion of activities.
Assists CEO/GM with management of daily telecommunications operations of the cooperative. Participates in policy development and interprets and administers programs according to policies and procedures.
Prepares long and short-term budgets and work plans used in implementation of Board of Directors objectives. Monitors adherence to budgets and work plans to ensure objectives are met.
Evaluates viability of new technology and service offerings for continued company development and expansion

Performs special projects as requested by CEO/GM.
Works closely with the Electric Operations Manager to insure communications, broadband, cable television/internet facilities are constructed correctly by the construction crew.
Manages the engineering, staking sheets, continuous plant records (CPR) and the construction for communication, broadband, and cable television facilities for Division 2 (telephone) and Division 3 Cable TV/Internet after being completed by the Utility Technician.
Serves as acting CEO/GM in the absence of the CEO/GM as needed.
Performs all other duties as assigned by CEO/GM.

REQUIREMENTS

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in management or equivalent experience plus five to seven years of experience in telecom management. MBA is a plus.

We are seeking an attorney with expertise in project development and finance to join the Law Organization of Saudi Aramco as Counsel in our Project Development &... Finance Practice Group. 
The Law Organization at Saudi Aramco is responsible for providing legal counsel and advisory services to Saudi Aramco's business units, subsidiaries, and joint ventures. The Project Development & Finance Practice Group with Law is responsible for, among other matters, negotiating and documenting Saudi Aramco's project development and project finance transactions. 
The Counsel within the Project Development & Finance Group would be expected to: 
Lead the legal activities with respect to the development and implementation of joint venture transactions, including the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of such transactions;
Advise Management and internal clients with respect to Saudi Aramco’s legal rights and obligations, project contracts and agreements, and common statutory or similar requirements in connection with project development transactions;
Assist Law Management and other attorneys in marshalling and examining the law and facts pertinent to legal problems; and
Liaise and work with outside counsel to negotiate and document transactions on a cost-effective basis.
The attorney in this position will report to the Practice Leader of the Project Development & Finance Group.  While the position is based in Dhahran, this is a global practice and requires commensurate travel.

Minimum requirements

The successful candidate will hold a JD or equivalent from a recognized and approved university in a common law jurisdiction, together with admission to general practice before the highest court of the state or country of which the candidate is a citizen.  In addition, the candidate will have: 
A minimum of six years of project development experience (i) in a law firm with a strong project development or project finance practice; or (ii) comprised of a combination of law firm and in-house experience in a corporation handling international project development;
Demonstrable experience working directly with the clients from transaction inception to completion;
Hands-on experience with structuring, drafting, negotiating and leading large project development transactions in a 1st or 2nd chair capacity;
Experience with international transactions and finance principles;
Experience in the oil and gas, refining, chemicals, power or other energy-related industries (including renewable energy);
A license to practice law from and be in good standing in the United States or other similar common law jurisdictions; and

Internal auditing is an independent and objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve the operations of our organization. Internal auditing helps the organization to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the organization’s risk management, control, and governance processes.
Internal auditing provides members of management and the Board of Directors with analyses, recommendations, and information concerning the activities reviewed.
Internal auditing consists of three departments:  Operational Audits, Functional Audits and Affiliates Audits. There are three audit divisions under each department.
Responsibilities

Review and analyze financial statements in order to identify areas which should be assessed as a part of an audit.
Design, execute, document and report on audit testing of financial and reporting processes, balances, amounts and disclosures. 
Identify key business, financial and functional processes for identifying and assessing current and emerging risks.
Plan, execute, and/or report internal audits to management.
Establish the objective and scope of the audit engagement.
Develop comprehensive risk-based audit programs.
Prepare or assist in preparing audit reports.
Deliver presentations to management at the audit opening and closing meetings.
Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to inexperienced or less experienced staff.
Evaluate the performance and capabilities of the assisting staff auditors.
Assurance and consulting activities on internal controls as requested.

Minimum Requirements

As a successful candidate, you will hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or another related field; and preferably have an advanced degree relevant to accounting and finance.
You will have a minimum of six (10) years of experience working either in external auditing and public accounting firms in the auditing/assurance practice or the financial reporting function of a publically listed company, working with the adoption, application and presentation of International Financial Reporting Standards.
You should hold a Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant designation.  Additional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor would be a plus.  
You must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
You should be flexible to travel within the country to conduct audit and consulting engagements.
