Qualifications

Bachelor of Law (LLB) or relevant qualifications.
7 years post-call experience.
Must have at least 7 years post graduate experience
Proven experience in research, analysis and legal advisory on fundamental business matters.
In-depth knowledge of legal documents and terminology.
Skilled with MS Office.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Good written and... verbal communication skills.
Experience in contract drafting and negotiation as well as dispute resolution.
Good understanding of general and specific company and commercial law in Nigeria.
Managing compliance with regulatory institutions and support business and official engagements.
