We are an experienced developer of and investor in clean and renewable energy projects with the ability to finance, own and operate such projects through proprietary structures. We are looking to add a Technical Operations Manager whose role will be to manage the implementation and maintenance of Solar PV and Battery projects and assets. The Technical Operations Manager should have experience in... managing a technical team, rolling out and maintaining grid-tied solar PV plants and off-grid hybrid PV-battery projects of a commercial scale.

The Objectives Of The Roles Are:


Ensure effective delivery of all scope defined in the Project Installation and O&M contracts.
Deliver effective client communications and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders in project
Leading of the Project Execution and Asset Management Teams for best performance
Coordination of all staff to ensure best utilization of resources
The position is based in Nairobi. The Technical Operations Manager will report to the Head of Engineering. It is expected that significant travel will be involved in this role as you will be visiting sites around the country and in neighbouring countries.


Educational background -


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a focus on mechanical or electrical engineering.
 5+ years preferred of proven working experience on commercial scale solar PV projects.
Registration with a professional body such as EPRA
