Key Responsibilities:

Assist agents on-site throughout the sales process, from lead generation and exploring new markets to finalizing deals, ensuring consistent performance and revenue growth.
Develop team members through monthly training sessions on sales tactics, client acquisition, and handling negativity and objections (at least one training per month).
Monitor workflow: conduct calls or geolocation checks in real time at least twice a month to assess the performance of offline sales agents.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify opportunities for new revenue streams and market expansion.


Performance Metrics (KPIs) / Success Measured By:


Achieving monthly sales targets with quarterly growth set by the company (overall team target and new sales target).
Constantly attracting new customers to the platform, at least 40 per month and increasing the number of new paying customers every month.
Expanding the number of team agents in Kenya's largest cities, such as Mombasa and Nakuru (each market should have at least 15 effective agents, 100% achievement of the target in these regions).

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Proven experience managing commission field sales teams, preferably 50+ sales agents, with demonstrated ability to scale teams successfully.
Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and client relationship management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace.
