A La Carte Chef

- Deep understanding of à la carte operations, plating techniques, and portion control
- Proven experience in preparing high-quality plated dishes to order.
- Familiarity with... international hotel standards and luxury guest.

- Strong knowledge of world cuisines (e.g., Mediterranean, Asian, Continental, Fusion, Italian)
- Menu creation and seasonal ingredient planning skills.
- High attention to detail and consistency in presentation.
- Skilled in preparing sauces, toppings, and cheese blends from scratch


Pizza Chef Requirements

- Specialized training in pizza preparation, dough fermentation, and baking techniques is a strong advantage.
- 2–5 years proven experience as a Pizza Chef in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or pizzeria.
- Experience with various pizza styles (e.g., Neapolitan, Roman, Sicilian, New York-style)
- Skilled in preparing sauces, toppings, and cheese blends from scratch.
- Familiar with both traditional and gourmet/custom pizza recipes.
-Capable of high-volume pizza production without compromising quality.
