Job Summary
We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and people-friendly intern to join our client service team. You'll support in managing client accounts, preparing presentations, coordinating timelines, and making sure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Key... Responsibilities
Assist in managing communication between the agency and clients
Help prepare client reports, presentations, and proposals
Track timelines and deliverables for projects
Attend meetings and take detailed notes
Help solve client queries and follow up on feedback
Support in content approvals and proofing
Assist in social media monitoring and competitor research
Keep internal documents and project trackers up to date

Requirements
Currently studying or recently completed a course in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related
Strong communication and organisational skills
Good with Microsoft Office/Google Suite
Interest in digital marketing, branding, and customer service
Team player with a can-do attitude

Added Advantage
Experience with Canva or design tools
Basic understanding of social media platforms
Previous internship or project-based experience
