KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Provide advanced technical knowledge and support for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of surveillance sensors, cameras, and radars. 
Conduct thorough equipment inspections to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate solutions. 
Participate in the planning and execution of equipment installation, upgrades, and maintenance... projects. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of surveillance equipment into offshore terminal operations. 
Monitor and maintain the operational readiness of surveillance systems to minimize downtime and disruptions. 
Analyse equipment performance data to identify trends and proactively address potential issues. 
Collaborate with remote technical support teams to resolve complex technical challenges. 
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, and share knowledge with the team. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any other related field. 
Ability to communicate in Hausa language, fluently.
3-5 years working experience. 
Proven expertise in working with sensors, cameras, and radars, with a strong track record of successful installations and maintenance. 
In-depth knowledge of industry-specific safety standards and regulations. 
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
Proficiency in relevant software tools for equipment diagnostics and reporting. 
Willingness to work in remote locations, adhering to strict safety protocols.
