Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced certifications in solar energy systems or project management are a plus.
Experience: Proven 3-5 years of experience in solar project engineering, including design, installation, and maintenance of solar PV systems.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency... in AutoCAD, PVsyst, and other solar design software. Familiarity with electrical power systems, energy storage solutions, and grid integration.
Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage project lifecycles, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment. PMP certification or equivalent is advantageous.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of local and international standards for solar installations, including safety and compliance regulations. more
